Hi, my name is John. I have had a camera in my hands since i was very small. I studied photography and filmmaking through 4 years of college/art school, and in the school of life as well. My photographs have been published: Paterson Literary Review, and Art News. But really my main love now is walking in the streets of NYC, shooting a 35mm slr or rangefinder as discretely as possible, and letting whatever light on any building, window, or person enter my lens to imprint my film with life. When that photographic magic happens you know it, you feel it, you live it, if only for a moment ... that's what I love.
