I'm a 81 year old retired civil engineer from California but now living in Albany, Oregon. I have been taking pictures since 13 and my first good camera was an Argus C3. My current cameras are an Olympus iS 50 QD, a Chinon Genesis IV, a Chinon Bellami and a Canon Dial 35 half frame camera. I recently bought a Canon Rebel 2000 EOS at a thrift shop and will be using it soon. I use a CanoScan LiDE 200 to scan photos I have taken in the past. Some of the scanned pictures were taken with a Minolta XD-11 with a f1.4 Rokkor-X lens. Older pictures were with a Zeiss Super Ikonta BX, a Rolleicord IV and a Mamiya Sekor 500 TL. I have recently come into the 21st Century with the purchase of a Canon 6 MP Powershot A540 and more recently, bought a new Fuji Fine Pix S700 for more abilities than the Canon A540.
