Photography is my on-again, off-again hobby. Prior to early 2002, I was trying to learn how to make full use of my Minolta Maxxum 7xi SLR.
Current Setup:
Sony a100 dSLR
18-70mm Kit Lens
Minolta 70-210 'beer can' f4 Macro AF Zoom
Minolta 50mm f/1.7
Sony 50mm f/1.8
Minolta 35-70 f/4
Before that, I bought a point & shoot digital camera. I learned to take advantage of non-existent printing costs. My 5MP point-and-shoot camera is a sub-compact Sony (DSC-T11, 5mp 3x zoom).
Having traveled to Europe, I returned with a rekindled interest in photography and so I am back here on PhotoSig. Still, all photographers must find ways to use the Internet as a tool for photography. I recommend these sites:
