2011 - I'm back. Actually, I never left, but has been a long time since my last picture or critique. Still enjoying this great site but with very little time to write.
2007 - Hello! I changed my job, still in the TV industry but now by a large broadcaster. So I'm getting used to night shifts and office work, but I travel less. I take pictures during trips and work, now usually on mountainside. Somewhere out there, you might have not noticed (cit.) that I prefer to write critiques instead of submitting pictures. That's because I'm lazy (basically) and because I sometimes take a look at pictures taken by me, and I don't like them. I try to critique my pictures at first, and sometimes I decide to avoid submitting them. Currently, I should probably have a very low comments left/received ratio. In any case, I do like this site, I like to look at someone else's portfolios. Usually I try to leave a note about what I like or dislike in the picture, rather than point out advices. 2003 - I have studied cinematography and TV engineering. Currently I work as a television engineer. After several years, I have rediscovered my old interest for photography. I usually take my pictures at work, since I travel a lot. My subjects are my friends, people working with me. I try to catch expressions and fleeing moments, as well as interesting views of the places I go. About my approach, I like to observe, not to set up a scene. It's easier with my co-workers, they know me like "the slow motion operator always with the camera around", so they don't pay attention to me, they are spontaneous. That's why their are my models, too, to say so.
