After a career in computing, I became a self-employed photographer in 2001. I scratch out a part-living doing mainly firework photography - and I think I may be the only professional specialist in firework photography in the UK. Certainly no firework company Ive spoken to has ever heard of one!

So please look out for my firework pics. Ive got literally thousands, and maybe a dozen or so may make it here.

Other than that, I love colour. Tons and tons of colour. Deep rich saturated, right through to pale and subtle. But deep rich tends to win.

My main photo topics are Fireworks, Flowers, and Landscapes (when Im in a good area - I live in one of the worst landscape parts of the UK - Warrington - unless you like motorways that is).

However, I'll generally give a go at nearly anything - as my rather eclectic mix of pics on photoSig shows.
