I am new to photography and have only done it for a year at most. The more I do it, the more I realize how much more I can learn and improve. The ability to snapshot wonderful moments and capture pleasant things are the main reasons that motivates me to explore further. I recently moved from digital to slide films; nothing complicated, just want to give myself the opportunity to have a feel in SLR before moving on to DSLR; in near future hopefully.
Composition and DOF are areas where I am working to get better and to learn. Also, I think I am trying to find what photographic styles appeal to me, and PHOTO(S|G) is where I get most of my ideas from. There're simply too much to choose from.
I seek your critiques and honest reviews of the artistic and technical content of my images. I come here only for the views of others, and can take just about any constructive opinions you have about my work. Tell me what you think -- don't sugarcoat if it doesn't deserve so. I promise I'll appreciate it.
Finally, I really think a one thumbs up review is a good photo; three thumbs up should be reserved for a very few truly exceptional images. On that scale, I don't think I have ever taken a 3 thumbs up image myself. If I have critiqued your image and you don't appreciate the rating, please think again about the words, whose aim is solely to be constructive.
