The wide angle lens used has given a dynamic image with strong perspective. Good depth of field too. The sky has some unnatural green hues in it. I would think this image would look better converted to mono.

An extraordinarily beautiful image. Ain't nature wonderful? The cool hue suits the image far better than warm tungsten lighting.

I think it has all been said. It is absolutely superb and I can not think of a way to better it. Regards, Pete.

Turn down the saturation and you might have an enjoyable image. This does not look remotely believable.

The very strong foreground is beautifully emphasized by your slim crop. Nice tonal range and toning too.

Very clever concept and title. It is way better than the thumb suggested. I like the way you have retained subtley in the muted colours in the background. This is far more poetic than the usual mono/colour cliche shot. Regards, Pete.

a terrific sense of movement with all that flying dust and hair. The backdrop could have been defocused a little more and it would have been interesting to pan at a slightly slower shutter speed to blur the background too.

A wonderful study of woodland light. I'm not overkeen on the green border which I feel cheapens it a bit.

This is full of very strong shapes which interract well with one another. The stark tonality suits it well.

It is superficially pretty but the colours are not believable and hence do not represent the true colour of Venice. Instead they represent the colour of Alberto's PS afterwork. As a dabbler in painting there is no way I would paint the shadow colour of that dominant orange building as maroon. Read up on coloutr theory for painters and you will see what I mean. I'd prefer the original picture.

This has a terrific mood to it. It would be so much better if the "godbeams" picked out a feature in the landscape. Perhaps God wasn't fully on your side that day.

The softness of light and the soft focus seem to go well together. This is a really beautiful image at an evocative time of day. I might have spoiled it by oversharpening and saturating -- sometimes subtle is best. Regards, Pete.

A beautifully composed and presented infra-red shot. Does a 25 wratten red filter actually do anything if you also have an opaque IR filter?

For me this describes the joy of photography and of life itself. Whilst others sleep off their hangovers you are in a pristine world of your own-- of light and huge acres of space. The colour and contrast have been accurately recorded to allow the viewer to enjoy your experience. I'm glad you avoided the temptation to oversaturate the colour.

Clever but I cannot overlook all that horizontal banding which makes it far from a professional result. I guess we are supposed to read it as mist but it is just too regular. The heroic pose and pastel colours are appealing.
