Hi Steve, Nice image you have here. If you adjust the levels a tad and crop it a little less on the left so that the Stearman has an are to fly into you will have a great photo of a great plane....Eric

Well done. I can almost hear thebroar of the stream. I would perhaps shoot this againe on an overcast day or late afternoon for a more even light. Beautiful image.

great work!!! I can safely say that I've never seen anything quite like it. Few adjustments in levels would really finish this off nicely.
Thanks for posting...Eric

Great image you've captured. Normally i don't enjoy lanscapes that are this symetrical. But this is one of those rare times that this works beautifully....Eric

Thanks for the your recent input on one of my images. I really like the black background in thei image it really draws one s attention to the subjects. A little greater depth of field and either crop out or clone out the red at the bottom and you have a real winner here. Welcome to photosig..eric

Beautiful lighting Gene. I assume it's late afternoon or early morning light. The color and detail of the birdare incredible. I also like the fact that there is plenty of space to the right fot the bird to look into. Excellent choice of crop. I'm curious at to what camera settings you used. I've recently begun experimenting with bird photography and I'm not quite getting the sharpness I would like. I've used a varietey of settings ranging from Sports mode, shuter priority,...

Great Image Sean. Difficult to capture hand holding a long lense on an overcast day. If you have more space in the original image I would perhaps crop it with a little more space on the right. To give the pelican some space to fly into.
A truly beautiful shot you have here..Eric
