I'm sorry, but I'm going to have to give this two thumbs down as you've blatently just cut her out and pasted her on a totally different background. Very badly as well I may add.
Points to note: background showing along the right edge of her neck, along her ear, part of her hat has been erased showing the sky through it, again edges of previous background showing along her hat and neck and last, but by no means least, you haven't even bothered to remove the background...

Nice lighting & colour to this but it seems really soft for F16, I'm presuming you used ND grads for this - were they dirty, or have you not sharpened this after resizing it for the web?
Compostion-wise I think you could have lost some of the sky, most of the colour and interest is along the horizon. There also seems to be some noticeable banding in the sky... perhaps from processing? Although I've also seen it occur from using a polarizer.

Nice colours in the sky, although the saturation looks a bit forced, especially around the sun.
For me the compostion lets it down, the horizon and sun are too centered and little thought seems to have been given to the foreground. If you'd put the horizon on the top third you could have used the line of clouds as a lead in line, and probably got the curve of the shoreline in as well.
Just my thoughts, feel free to ignore!

A nice calm, peaceful image, although it looks somewhat under exposed.
There's not much interest in the sky, with only a strip of hazy cloud along the horizon - I think you could have got rid of the top part of the sky, which would have put the horizon more on the third. This would have given you a bit more room to play with at the bottom of the shot - I reckon you could have fitted the curve of the shore into the bottom right hand side, giving you a lead in line to the...

Lovely crisp detail, and the blue tone of the image fits the subject well.
Composition-wise... I'm really unsure about your choice of foreground. It just feels like too much snow covered bank, most of it uninteresting to look at. The rounded lumps look promising... but you've placed them so they obscure the reflection of the mountains and it feels like my eyes come to a stop on them, rather than leading into the rest of the shot.
I can't help but feel this would have...

Hmmm... not too sure about this one, compositionally I like it with the posts leading into the shot but there's something about it that jars. I seem to have a problem with the texture of the water fighting with the posts, it just seems really busy to my eyes and I keep finding my eye flicking from one to the other and back.
Personally I think this would have really benefited from a longer exposure to smooth out that water. I think that would have resulted in a cleaner,...

As has already been mentioned the colours let this down, especially the sky. Looks like a major cyan colour cast on this monitor.
Compositionally I'm wondering if it might have been better taking this from slightly lower down and a few steps to the left, this would move the tree away from the boulders and have it in front of the valley in the background, helping to seperate all the elements.
Obviously just a suggestion, I wasn't there and don't know what options you had...

I like the composition, but the lighting is a little bit dull and flat in this. I think you might have got a better result with a slightly faster shutter speed as the water has burnt out in many places, especially downstream - although I appreciate that you needed a longer exposure to get detail in the background.
Personally I think this would be worth reshooting on a nicer day, location looks like it has potential.

Like it, looks like an ancient monument or something, and the person with the pram gives it a slightly surreal feel as well.
Not overly fond of the 50/50 split you've given the composition, makes it feel a little left hand side heavy. There's also an odd texture to the sky, not sure if it's from the compression when saving for web or as a result of post processing.
Overall good shot, a nice slice of life.

Nice light and detail on the side of the castle, and a pleasant pastel colour to the sky, although for me the 50/50 composition gives too much room to an empty sky - the colours and clouds are all along the horizon.
I think you could have easily cropped off the top part of the sky and included more foreground - I'm not familiar with the location but hopefully giving you enough room to include the sweep of the shore round to the bottom left hand side. I find that bush just...

I'm always a sucker for backlit glass.
Like the colours, like the composition - clean and simple. The only thing I'm not 100% keen on is how dark it is where the 3 bottles overlap, and the lighting on the clear part of the red bottle looks just a little bit too harsh - looks like the detail is starting to break up, but maybe that's just a result of saving for the web?
Overall a good shot, I like it.

I like the warm golden tones of the grass, feels very autumninal & welcoming looking at it.
Not so convinced about the 50/50 split of the composition though, the sky isn't great, athough the cool grey does contrast nicely with the warmth of the grass. Think it'd have been better to put the horizon on the top third - giving you more of that grass. Agree with the previous poster that a few steps to the right would have given a bit more space between the house & tree....

Nice delicate lighting, and well done for not burning out the sky seen through the trees.
Personally I'd be very tempted to crop out the two trees just poking in on the left and the right of the frame - just find them a touch distracting myself. Also not sure about the colour cast in this, maybe it's just my monitor but it does seem to have a noticeable yellow cast to it. Not necessarily a bad thing, makes me think of winter sunlight, but with the green of the trees it...

Agree with the others, there's some nice light on the wet sand but for me the composition is off - think it would have worked better using the bouy as foreground.
Personally I'd have been very tempted to turn the camera slightly to the right so the chain from the bouy would act as a lead in line to the rest of the scene & you'd loose the bit of shore in the top left, which I find a touch distracting.
Just my view of course, by no means correct!

Lovely light captured in this, although I agree with the previous comment - it could have done with the camera being moved slightly to the left, so that leaf wasn't cropped off.
Personally I think a larger dof would have been preferable so you got all the buds in focus, at the moment my eye keeps being drawn away from them to the cropped leaf.
