Hans is right Jostein, the noise is really bad. The F707's are known for bad noise. You can reduce this in photoshop, But the quality of this image is too poor to print well.

The light is nice, the texture is the strongest element in the shot. Movement is good as well but the post probably isn't strong enough as a centre of interest.

Jostein, this is an OK shot. Really, to be picky, if its supposed to be a mirror it should be dead smooth. This would be a great shot if you could see some detail of the models face in the water. The light is also a little flat. I hope you don't mind me popping and giving you a meaningful critique as you don't have one at all yet on this shot so you have learned nothing. 1 and 1/2 thumbs really. This is a really good shot Steve. Great tonal range in the sky but the ground all blends in a bit. Do you use filters , I would suggest an orange or red filter for B&W landscapes, allows for more tonal separation.

This shot has a nice composition. Unfortunately the digital compression is very bad making it look soft. The shiney flash spot on the forehead is a little overpowering aswell. Turn your flash down or off, bounce it or filter it.
