John, great lighting on the model's face and as the viewer I feel as though I am viewing without my presence known. However the right boundry of the image is dominated by the bright area of ths sofa and the left boundry of the image falls of the edge...there is no delineation of the models hair with the background. Other inputs from previous critiques with respect to focus and noise are good.
Cheers,
Glen

Kirby, whether intentional or not, I like the BG. For me it has great texture and depth. The roll off from top to bottom of the BG works well with the inverse roll off on the model. The model gave it all up for you on this imaage. POV is interesting, I am gooving on the transition from floor, to wall and ceiling. I like this image, a bit rough, daring and out of the box! Cheers. Hi Marco. I like the concept but, IMHO, I think you might realize more impact if you were to emphasize more of the female form in the silhoutte. The arms close to the body obscure the finer details. Hope you find this helpful. Cheers, Glen

Greeting, Lots of potential here but here is how the potential might be realized IMHO. Put some light on the models face and open the deep shadows...can't tell if her eyes are open, the hair action is great...a different color background, one not so close to the color of her hair, would make it stand out more. Crop to get all of the hair. There you have it, hope you find this helpful. Cheers, Glen

Hi Aron and welcome to photosig! Nice image, model is doing a great job for you. Really like the "covering". However, I think the PS post processing is kinda funky. Looks like she is floating in air. If you were going for a high key you have some shadows on the models forehead and BG is whiter than her white shirt and the image is not very sharp (not sure why). Hope this is helpful. Cheers, Glen

Hey Davie, really an eye catching image, great colors, sharpness and a beautiful model. I think you are going for a fall harvest kind of image. I like the textures and patterns in the old chair. However the calabasa on the old bed springs and milk just doesn't make it for me...they seem a bit awkward and out of place. Remove these props, keep the chair, and you have a 3tu image IMHO. Cheers, Glen

Very impressed the silver is not over exposed! Not an easy task when shooting against skin. Compositionally, I would thing about moving the right arm back out of the imaage and either using the blonde hair or the black BG provide separation and isolation for what I think is the primary subject of the image, the adorned breast. Thanks for posting and sharing! Cheers, Glen

Nicely composed...leads the viewer to the house, the sun is cooperating with wonderful light...all you need is a Wyeth like young lady in the foreground. nice work!

I really like your city scape integration with the nude. this composition is a bit orthoganal and in my head I am thinking parallel. Great texture on the red cloth! DoF is bang on. Cheers. Glen

Fred, Nice colors, good focus, DoF and great light. But there does'nt seem to be a subject in the image. Usually a landscape will provied a visual path. Sometime starting the forground and taking us through image to the central point of the image...maybe it is the 'three legged tree trunk' dippings it's toe in the water. Hope this helps... Cheers, Glen

Well done portrait. Lighting is nicely done with some edge light for separation opposite the mains..based on the catch lights, it looks light butterfly lighting (aka paramount lighting). Can't tell if the soft focus is a filter or post processing...nicely done as well! Cheers,
Glen

Peter, great focus and detail (lace and rocks), very sharp image. Beautiful model as well. However lighting is flat and does not provide any depth to the image. The composition (and underlying purpose/objective of the image) is lacking for me. Things to maybe help this image would be much more shallow dof to direct our attention to the model and away from the fg & bg. Perhaps some vinetting in PS might help as well. Hope you find this useful. Cheers,
Glen

I really like the technical execution of this image. Contrast and tonality are on the money! Elevating the demon does things for this image on multiple levels (pun intented)...provides depth, strong diagonal composition (unfortunately not echoed anywhere else in the image) and gives a sense of flight (as demons often fly). Focus is on the angle, nice...good sense of motion. Models did a great job of selling the scenario. Cheers, Glen
