There's something about this photo. I love the black and white, I love the depth of field and how you froze the rain in it. For me it has the authentic feel of the B&W cold process Kodak film and that's what wins it for me. Even the overexposed background adds the feel to it. There's motion, there's expression, there's story and technically fantastic too. Well done! Solid 3TU in my eyes.

I think this is as perfect as the panorama gets. Perfect framing, great sharpness, fantastic DOF (or more a lack of it). Yes, saturation could be greater, but this doesn't stop me from giving 3TU. Very, very well done and I'm looking forward for more!

I like the idea, but see bit too many things I could change for it to be more than 1TU. I like the composition, the forethought and the colors. I do think that there's too much contrast applied, the photo looks quite abstract because the feet seem so much higher than where you'd expect the coast to be at that point (ground elevation - one need to think if the coast elevates so much, so quickly). Photo seems a bit washed out too. Finally, although very skilled, feet seem...

First, the dessert: I love this photo, it has so much going for it. I'd start from the bottom, I like the wooden flooring and the writing on each one of them. It gives it the character and some story. Photo leads you to the distant end of the dock with lights guiding your way. Photo is fantastically exposed too! Now for the veggies: Picture could use with a bit more vibrance and I have a feeling like it has been cropped (or framed) a little too tight. Not to the sides but...

I really like that photo. It captures the action, shows the struggle. One can eve feel the power of the quad-bike he's riding. Motion blur on the tires only enhances the feeling and it provides the feeling of the vehicle moving. Well done! Only reason I didn't give it 3TU is because it feels like the picture has been cropped a little too tight. Solid work.

I'm giving 1 TU because I like the perspective and lines on the table, but sadly it's the only thing that stops me from giving -1. Where do I start? There is a brightly clothed person behind the glass, distracting the viewer. At the left, upper side, there's the sign pole that maybe should have been left out, or included in full width, otherwise it's distracting. Why is there a date printed on the photo??? Surely you heard of EXIF data? You camera saves dates and times and...

For the effort and composition, I have to give it 2TU. Only thing, that stops me from giving 3 is lac of detail, or too little separation of land and the sky. I love the tones, I love that it's not a HDR, I love the clouds and the light-rays. Thanks for sharing!

I have to give this a credit for trying. Sadly the first thing that stands out is overall blurriness of the photo. Also, the spots on that mammouth fish are a bit to bright and thus distracting. When you get past the first impression, you start to see other details. There's this sense of panic from the first swimmer (closer to the fish). Sort of "what-did-I-get-myself-into" and "oh-my-god-I'm-gonna-die" type. Solid effort, I'd say.

This photo is near perfect for me! It looks like you got this owl to pose for you in the studio. Sharp where it's supposed to be with interesting background color that forms a halo around owl's head. The only distracting thing for me is the bright reflection in the owl's right eye (there's some, but not as much in the left eye as well). Otherwise well done!

I think this had a potential of being a great shot! You have good tones, good DOF, nice details, only that at the right, top side of the photo, there's this hugely distracting line, that is blurred to the point it looks like it's been acctualy moved. Also, this line continues towards the top, green leaf, and then after it for the lenght of the photo. If you have the skills to edit this out, this could improve the shot dramatically! Good effort though, keep shooting.

Technically, there's not very much wrong with that photo. It has nice warmth, great depth-of-field, your model is stunning and the setting is nice and clean. From technical point of view I could have only wished you'd have photoshoped those round, black marks on the wall (one around the pillow, one by model's left nipple and one in the middle of them). I cant help though, but to feel like this photo has been made in the hotel room, and the model is your own girl-friend...

This is definitely 2 stars photo. It has good composition, good color balance, very nice and sharp where is supposed to be. Now, it seems like this is a crop of the original photo, if I may suggest something, re-crop the photo but this time leave a bit of the space behind the last bird to the left. Without it, it seems like photo is moving towards the left, all because there's not even distance between subject from the left to the left border of the photo and from the...

I think that this is a good effort. It has a nice angle and the bloom of the subject is quite perfect. The reason why am I giving only 1 star is that this photo is simply too dark and too flat. Very little editing is needed. Crank up the lightness (exposure), add a little bit of contrast, finish up with a little bit more of vibrance. With very little editing, this could turn into 2 or 3 star photo. Continue your good work!

I really like that picture, it's well focused, not too overblown colours, and lots of action in it. You can get lost in how much it's going on there, so much so you need to look at separate parts of the picture sometimes, but it all works very well together. Only reason why it's not 3TU, it's the amount of noise. It's bit too much. Otherwise, brilliant photo. Keep shooting.

I think that it is a good effort. The crop is too tight and the black & white is a bit to evened out. The statue is literally mixing with your background. You could lighten up either the statue or the clouds easily in post processing as well as adding a bit more sharpness and contrast. But overall good effort, keep shooting.
