Good use of contrast and tones that brings out black areas as well as the white areas. The photo carries my eyes from the bottom up - lovely angles and lines as a result. It definitely gives a nice tone of emotion with the color and contrast. DOF is good too. The reflection from the water gives it a surreal feel to it making it seem that there are lightning coming from everywhere. The only thing I can think of that needs improvement is the spotlight thats taking much of the attention away from the lightning. Some dodging in that area will help the picture drastically.
