3 thumbs up for the humor and the mood of this picture. I needed a good laugh as well. Kinda feels like me.

The contrast of this photo to me is perfect but I have to agree about the cooling towers and steam/smoke eminating from them. They are either severely oversharpened or they almost appear superimposed on a less interesting background. I obviously like this photo though. But I see some major retouching.
Correct me if I am wrong. Regards, Dan

The black background really shows off the brilliant shades of red in the cherries. The water droplets capture the thought of cool freshness. a market would make a lot of $$ selling cherries if this was the ad. No words necessary.
great pic. Regards, Dan

I agree. Great story. It is a shame that these old signs get covered up to begin with. Now it gets a new life. The coloring is perfect. It would have been a nicer if it wasn't cropped so tightly on the left. Overall nice picture.
Keep up the good work.

Awesome work of art. This would make a great print to share. The light and shadows are well balanced in this picture and the long exposure brings out the best to show the motion of the waterfall and stream here. The blends and shades of green are perfect here as well. Keep up the good work.

Ahhh, The color of chrome. Very nicely done. Crisp sharp image and the cropping is perfect. The paper sets the balance of the photo off slighty though. It would have been a slightly better shot without it.

I read some very colorful critiques in this one. Aside from my beliefs in the right to bear arms I will only critique the photograph. Isn't this what it is about? The contrast could be a little deeper. The effort is there on getting the message across to the viewers but is not strong enough. I can imagine this in one of those "back of the magazine" advertisements.

This picture is awesome. I read a lot of car magazines and this picture needs a spot in one. You have the gear and you have the style. Keep up the great shooting.

That picture looks like it has good contrast. Unfortunately, the film speed doesn't do it any favours. if the non reflected image were to be sharper, this would have been a sweet picture. The intent is there though.

This is great. The contrast difference between the model's face and her clothing and hair brings out the depth of her features very well. Good work with the flash selection.

I like how the blurred fast moving water contrasts with the sharpness of the still objects. The shading seems to be a good blend for the bright background. Was there any dodge and burn retouching? Great call either way.

I always like looking at good storm pictures. It lacks a little lighting for the foreground and not as sharp as it could be though.

This is a fine example of a night time photo with the natural lighting bringing up the density of the water vapour from the cooling towers.
great work.
