LOVELY LIGHTING, THOUGH I HAVE TROUBLE COMING TO TERMS WITH THE EXTRAVAGANCE OF SUCH PLACES IN TIMES OF SUCH EXTREME WORLD POVERTY.
I THINK THE PERSPECTIVE SHOULD BE FIXED IN P.S. SELECT EDIT/TRANFORM, SKEW OR PERSPECTIVE, BOTH WORK.

I like the image and the concept, I think the composition could be better. Try to set this out a few different ways and then select that which is most visually appealing.

great night shot, but might be better if taken just before the last light disappears from the sky to avoid the brighter lights causing it to be overexposed.
