It is somewhat out of focus, and the white t-shirt is overexposed, with the shadows a bit dark. Use of fill flash may help. Good job on the DOF. Keep shooting and sharing!

Your style conveys much more of a story of substance (as they say "a picture is worth a thousand words!"). Her face is slightly out of focus though. Her eyes should be more of the focal point, drawing the viewer deeper into the frame. Thank you for sharing your technique on this particular photo! I will try it for myself. Wish me luck!
