Taken July '03 off the Laguna, Ca. coast on a sunset cruise. The gulls are unavoidable. They chase you hoping for fish scraps... First time shooting a sunset.

Great shot!! The seagulls add to the sense of place in this sunset.

This picture is orgasmic.
I can almost smell the sea, taste the salt in the air, hear the annoying sqwak of the gulls... ~sighs quietly~ It makes me sick for the ocean. Live in the middle of a desert, now...
But I'm getting off track. The silhouettes of the gulls are beautiful, the different colours, the smooth curves of the waves... it all seems so beautiful and familier to me. I can feel the warmth emanating from this photo.

Very nice! Beautiful colors! Unique perspective, at least compared with the other sunsets (they are plentiful, aren't they...). Keep up the good work! Thanks for sharing this.

Excellent shot. One of the best sunset photos I have seen for a long time! Especially I like the birds.

Very nice sunset photo, beautiful soft colours. In my opinion the gulls add to the effect of the scene. I also like the way you have caught the sway of the water in the foreground. I would have cropped a little from the sky to give a more balanced effect .Kind Regards. :)

Hello, Tyler, this is a typical pic of sunset. Sharpness and color of pic is beautiful. Especially I like the flying seagull silhouette at pic. Simple composition but good job. Thanks for sharing ^_^

This is a flawless pic but a lot of sunset pic at Photosig.

Beautiful capture of the sunset and fine colours. I also like the fine texture of the water. the birds also add some reality and life to the image.

Thanks! Would you believe that there are three Blue Whales on the horizon (submerged). That's the reason for the boats on the horizon. We got shots of then surfacing..!
