Bottom of photo is interesting, top is badly out of focus. I assume you used a wide angle lens so there is no excuse for that. Wide angle lens' have a great hyperfocal range, is it marked on your lens?

Lovely lines of the waves. Good use of the rule of thirds. This shot has some sphere. Good job.

I really like the texture of the water here. However, I feel that the depth of field is too shallow and the horizon, while colorful, is boring. I'd be tempted to crop out the top third of the image, keeping the wonderful texture and lines of the water.
