In memory of all the Mothers that are no longer with us.My Grandmother raised me, and is no longer here. But she planted this bush 20 years ago, and it bloomed yesterday.

I'm colorblind, but I'm pretty sure I don't see the color green here the way I would in nature. Yes? Still a very nice photograph of a beautiful flower (nature doing the work for us is such a help, isn't it?). Not sure about the crop of the pedal to the right side, and seems a bit flat as far as color. Still, DOF works and nice focus. j

Hi Vickie! Great image. Two things I would change 1) colors seem to be flat, there is no real GREEN. 2) you've cropped to tight on the right side. Great phot try again! WB

Very nice image. Depth of field is nearly perfect. Back petal could be a little sharper on the back edge. I like the forground bud and purple/green leaves against the near perfect white rose. Perfect for Mother's Day. Thanks.
