The finish of an exciting race. As you can see, we came fourth! I must have been too busy taking pictures.

Excellent, crisp photo. I like the action that is involved. I think the bouy should be left, because it is part of the scene and a everyday occurance on the water.
The time of day you selected is great provides wonderful natural lighting.

Nice sunlight and a nice departure from all the usual land-based photos. But it would be great if there was another boat in the foreground, taking up a lot of space. As it is, all of the boats are kind of in the midground. They're arranged attractively, but there's not one that stands out as being the subject.

I really like this photo. The sharpness is good, although the buoy distracts me (even though it is the finish line). Nice job.

I think the bouy MUST be included as it make this pic. If not it is just a pic of boats (and just an OK one). The bouy defines the moment!
