The cat looks at home in this setting and the placement creates a sense of depth. It would appear to be overcast - or even misty or raining as there is a softness to the shot that helps to avoid extremes of light & dark. I would prefer to crop a little off the top - & slightly increase the sharpness and contrast -- good shot

LCC - nice shot...comp is good but colors lack punch...maybe a bump in contrast would help
