Ciao Enzo, si è molto bella la prospettiva.
Usi i Nikkor PC per ottenere queste immagini? Sembra decentrata, oltre che verso l'alto, anche verso sinistra (ce n'è anche un'altra nella tua gallery che è un altro indizio).
Mi pare di riconoscere la stessa prospettiva che ottengo con i miei PC ... e la mia F3.
Fammi sapere, non è importantissimo ma sapere che si è in due ad usare gli stessi obiettivi...boh, fa piacere :-))

Those were the days my friend! I visited the city then and quite recently. You can hardly find a street without tousands of cars in chaotic movement nowerdays. You picture is an excellent example of B&W photo and perspective. Well done!

I agree with your comment about geometry which is the basis of good composition. The diagonal of the two foreground buildings lead the eyes right to the building in the background. The repeating arches on the buildings provides interest. The tonal range is a little short on the white end making the overall image appear somewhat gray which is in keeping with the look of the weather and in line with my concept of what Russian cities should look like.

The perspective is the striking thing in this picture. The light was fine and the details are good. Toning is well fitted with the subject. Composition is good but it could be improved. The building is placed on 1/4 of width which is less effective than 1/3.
My friend, I think two are better than none, and for understand this I think you should read in forum about the version two.
