I like this, amazing that you get it to look so deserted..almost no people on the street.

despite the strong sunset light coming from the upper left corner causing a burn, the same light is reflected beautifully by the windows. great atmosphere.

a beautiful crisp image. I love the photo filter which adds to the warming effect. Its a shame the telephone pole isn't straight.

I really love this photo. I like the lighting on the bulding and tops of the cars and I like the idea that the picture is heavy on the right but the tracks on the left side of the picture give it a nice balance.

Great light. I love the perspective, especially how the train tracks lead your eye out of the picture towards the setting sun and source of the great light. The only negative is the jeep in the right corner is catching too much of my eye, but this is a minor point.

being that i live in san francisco, i can really appreciate the buildings and the nice shot with beautiful lighting. i do think all the power lines really ruin this shot overall. they look so cluttered and messy.

The hue of the sunrise or sunset has a warm quality. Reminds me of a tightly knit, warm and beautiful community. The closeness of the buildings adds to this. I think the telephone lines and the cars add to that community, lived-in feeling. Nicely done.

I agree with a couple critiques in that it's not the best when it comes to composition, but it captures the feeling of SF to a tee. I've experienced a handful of days like that and I was instantly reminded when I saw your photo. Good job!

Am i looking at a different image to the rest of you? I'm sorry but this image is ok but IMO nothing particulary special. The sky on the left is badly burnt out, maybe it's my monitor, but i really can't see why this image deserves all the 3TU. Please correct me if I'm wrong!

Beautiful. Great atmosphere. If this were b&w it would almost look infrared. Most people try to get rid of telephone poles but you 've made it a vital part of the composition. Lead in lines, it's got everything!

Very representative of San Francisco. The reflections off the buildings and tracks coupled with the mess of wires make for an interesting image. I can almost hear the ding-ding of the trolley.

seriously, nice work here. i love your use of the orange filter, and your composition works well to show the urban beauty of the place.
