Your photography is excellent, and this photo is no exception! The polorizing filter really pulls the colors out, then converted to B&W looks great! Very nice!

So many levels of interest, but they all work together. Do you think this complex image is something better done in b&w than color because it reduces the complexity? Or was it simply to achieve the mood, which is very successful?

Great capture and cpmposition. The B&W really make this picture exactly as you tell, a story line. Only flaw I can see is the white edge around the church steeple. When you have a moment, please take a look at my lastest pic.

PIcture is good in black and white ... has a great tonal range. The sky is dramatic with the light shining through clouds. The cluster of old buildings in the middle ground seem a bit forlorn in the middle of a flat area .... quite a feeling of loneliness and disrepair!

Stunning mood! The black and white really helpe to get a sense of decaying here. I think your main subjects are the junk in front of the photo? If so then the little white window distract a bit from that. I would darken it just a little. Excellent work!
