I've shot one rocket photo in my day and it wasn't quite this good. Different, but not as good. Fantastic.

In my younger days, I fly rockets, even had a couple with cameras in them. Dang that was fun. Good shot, nice timing. These babies can lift off and be off the frame very quickly. Exciting moment. Colours seem a bit washed out except for the rocket itself. I guess thats good though as it is the subject.

Well done... hard to capture a rocket that distance from the platform on liftoff.. I'm still working on my timing, but usually get them about a foot off the pad.
