wonderful work..... Catches the eye... i have a dog that is all black and looks so much like this great animal.. Her eyes are the same, and she reminds me so much of a wolf in they way she acts... I often wonder about her... we are not sure who the father was. She is so strong willed. But this is a wonderful catch... glad to see it.

I love that wolf...You've captured him well for the time you had to do it. The only nitpick is his ears cropped a bit tight. Great color and sharpness. I'd probably have snapped and ran...good wildlife shot:)

I like the composition in general here, except maybe for missing part of the chin. But it's not a big issue when you have in all other ways such a fantastic photo.

I love dogs... but this kind... wolf... Hummmmm.... The tight crop fits well with this wolf. Looks to me he couldn't go through and I feel better. Just me...:)

Excellent capture... is it a wild wolf? It doens't have the dog look of a captive animal. It's good to see what you are doing with that camera - I have the same one, and sometimes I wonder whether it's me that is limited or the camera, so shots like this make me realize I have to try harder.

I am glad I came top take a peek at those "latest pics". While I find the crop a bit tight, this is one handsome beast well captured. Would love to see some more of this guy.

Hi Stephan, what a wonderful capture, would be a 3 if the CA weren't so apparent at the edge of his face against the white, also that part of his face is out of focus. I would have been tempted to crop it in close, to crop out that brightness. Regards, Cindy.

The detail and colour are terrific. I am wondering if perhaps the crop is a little too much. I love the look in his eyes and that you can almost count the pores on his nose. Very nice.

Good composition. I like the attention paid to his/her fur, I can almost see every hair. Just find the crop a bit close, would have like to see more of his chin.
