Definitive different and a photo that wakes many thoughts. I like it very much! However, if ít had been possible, I´d prefer only to have one lightreflection in the eyes. Now one can see two different lights (umbrellas). Not a big thing, but the image would have gained from it I beleave.

This shot is awesome! The lighting and composition are great. I liked the monochrome and toning choice. And the subject --fantastic idea, setup, and execution.
The blending of the beautiful model, nicely made up and styled, and the oposite 'ghastly' dental tool work perfectly...
just fantastic! I'm off to look at more of your images.

Just a suggestion, to improve an already great picture: avoid placing your copyright message so prominently. It's like you've branded the model on the forehead. It's like a neon sign blinking and calling my attention to it.
But, as I said, great picture.
