On the right image there is written on the wall: "I want something to eat"

When I go downtown I often see things which are very contrasty and actually inacceptable. There are so many situations where poverty is contrasting with extreme richness even in our socalled civilized-social-democratic-industrialized first world cities, that I will present some of these as my contribution to an exhibition concept confronting the audience directly using such double presentations (shots are often just some ten feet or less from each other).

Thoughtful contrasts. Regarding the photo on the left -- I like the fact you don't show the man's face, which makes him "everyman". It looks as if he's gazing into a dream world of automobiles, using the bank's window as his wishing pond. The smoke completes the illusion. The photo on the right is also anonymous, you focus primarily on his feet and shoes, which seem to have led him to a place of temporary refuge from his difficult life. The lone beer can(?) punctuates his situation.

powerful juxtopisition of photographs, presented to tell a story, an all too common story. I live in a small town, but can see far too similar scenes in my daily life. Your presentation is such that it forces those who have been able to turn their heads away from poverty to be forced to acknowledge it. Powerful & admirable work!
