i think this is a photo where a comment from the photographer would perhaps help us to understand the Why.

Well ... I see some merit to this. Interesting textures, unusual subject matter, good color. I certainly wouldn't have thought of it, so .. thanks. If you'd care to comment on mine: My Best Photos (IMHO)
