The first thing I noticed was the tight depth of field wich blurs the trees and the boat, nice. Then I noticed the nice expression and body position. I'll give it an "A"

As far as I am concerned, this is a fantastic photo.
The enthusiasm of the girl makes the photo.
One could be picky:
Her pants are distracting.
The background trees are distracting.
But these are minor in comparison to the overall tone of the photo. I would most definitely be proud of this one !

Very nice photo. Good color, aperature, very sharp. those that criticize dont realize that we dont take a child, pose her in some scene, tell everyone in the area to stay away etc. Its a very nice picture of a beautiful girl in the real world, as captured by camera.

THe exposure is good. But, the composition could be better because of the tree "growing" out of her head. Also, the people in boat in the background are distracting to me. Maybe stepping a couple of small steps to your left would have made for a better background and compostition.
