Your composition and overall dark cast forces me to scan the faces of the fishermen, then in inky blackness of the water, and the brilliant white fish in the net. A pair of hands on the right tries to pull the eye out of the frame, adding to the tension. One can almost hear and smell the splashing at center frame. This is no "snapshot". Excellent.

Nice black and white study of fishermen working for a living. Too bad you missed the top of the central man's head. I would try to lighten the faces of the men a bit.
