Excellent capture. The sharpness and the uniform green at the back of the spider really helps to bring out the details. A tiny bit of what appears to be noise in the uniform background could be cleaned up. Is this a substantial crop from the original image? Or maybe sharpening is applied uniformly to the image.

Beautiful detail in this macro image - Good background keeps focus on the spider. I like Edwin's suggestion regarding turning camera.

Sharp and good detail managed on the spider and the green background is helping the spider to pop up. However, I feel that the composition a little tight and I would suggest to rotate your camera for a diagonal composition for the spider in your next shot.
