As said the "skirt" is not completely included, but more questionable is the picture was composed too tight at both sides and thus restricted the "skirt" be spreading out. Fortunately, it is sharp enough and pops up well against the background. Still, nice job.

most people would probably have overlooked this dandelion since it wasn't complete, but you took the opportunity to present something different. the one petal (or whatever you call it on a dandelion) that is detached and pointing upward adds further interest to the shot.
