My first planet panorama. I apologize for the joining line, but is my first try. Next time I'll do the 360 panorama, so the image will fit in color and exposure the way it should be.

From the Neglected Photos Page -- beyond the seam that you mention, the image doesn't work well because of the busy, dark center. The skyline is great, but clutter right at dead center is too distracting. The seam could perhaps be rotated to be vertical at the bottom-- might make it less jarring.

you can probably edit the joining line in photoshop quite easily with the clone tool and the healing brush
