I believe that this particular composition would be better served if shot at a faster shutter speed in order to capture the stream as it looks naturally. The milky stream look here is too overwhelming. Perhaps if you had cropped the scene in a way that would put more emphysis on the little rock spillway it would have more appeal. As it is, it just makes the big volume of stream look unnatural. The greenery is soft which leads me to believe it was a little windy which also hurts when shooting long exposures. The lighting was controlled very well which is not easy to do with a 1 sec exposure.
