Expression on the face is well captured, and goes well with the context. Thanks for sharing.

Good capture, Jan! The pose is very "real", as are the colors. Lighting is well done - good pose and eye contact with the viewer. Nice work!

Another great travel portrait, I don't know where you keep getting them from!
Great relaxed pose and perfect off-centre placement. Her colourful clothes look great against the drab tones of the doorway. Shame about that Calendar (?) hanging up behind her which spoils the authentic and uncluttered look.
TFS,
Rob

good portrait Jan .. i love the natural colour tones here... This is what impresses me in most of your work where you don't alter the tones... Nice clarity, expression and pose... Keep up the nice work.. Regards- Premkumar Antony...

I.M.O . , a highly overated lens .The overuse of so called " zooms " is a huge mistake considering the sacrifes in quality , huge size , heavy weight , reduced contrast plus lack of speed . I suggest you try a similar shot with a prime Nikon prtrait length lens while zooming with your feet and then comparing the results . I speak from experience . It'll knock your socks off .
