I think that overall the scene is just a bit too busy and jumbled. If you could have composed this with just the flowers and bike then I think it would have had more impact. It is a street shot and sometimes we take what we get but I think this one needs a bit more selective compositional work. Keep them coming.. I often wonder about this theory of directing the viewer's attention to the main object _only_ by removing everything else. Is this really the only way? And how about showing several things in their compositional relationship? Of course, i may be wrong here and the whole picture is no good... I cannot _make_ the viewer think my way.
