Thumb-up Thumb-up Thumb-up    from monoto/Edmondo (135) Send mail to this user on May 17, 2012 3:33:34 AM CDT (2)

Composition very well done. The roundness and the nuances of gray, they bring a sense of perspective and volume that come from the bottom of the wall. The tone is very well balanced. I would like to see another shot, maybe more frontal. Edmondo

Very cool. I reckon there could be a good hour spent taking different compositions with this subject. Nonetheless I do like your composition and the 3d effect that results. The placement of the curves in the frame work well too. BW conversion is a good idea also, what was the original colour? was it close to monotone anyway?

Gerard, I have more shots in relation to this subject and even those fronts have a good effect. The original color is still a BW. The soft lights were not colored. The Corian is a material very white, opaque, which reflects the light very soft. Thanks for critique.Ale

This is a really good shot. I like the way you have high contrast almost looking like black and white print. But still use the tones and the greys. They really play well with the shape of the wave. As for constructiveness: Mabye something to fix the eye too would be positive. SOmething thats not this geometric shape. But still I don't think its needed. Good one, yhansk for sharing.

Alessandro its is a very nice picture.... The wave patterns are looking good... Picture quality is good with enough clarity and contrasts... I would like to know what waves are those actually... How did you do this one .. Could you share if you wish ....

Prem, thanks for the comment. I photographed this one at the last furniture exhibition in Milan. The waves represent a wall of a futuristic kitchen made entirely in corian material.
