Sorry, but this picture doesn't work at all. It's blown out, tank looks rather smudged then in movement and framing is missed. There are many programs that could help you improving photo's look (though it's questionable) and you didn't seem to bother to do it.

Does this tank run over the car? Do you have that decisive moment? That could help entering the story.

Hopefully you will find your way to mastering the light, but you have to go a certain path of improvement until you reach it. Wish you good luck in the effort.

As pointed below, is over exposed. But what really doesn't cut is because, if it were taken just half a second later, it would have the tank beginning to crush the car, and it would have been very appealing. On this one, the only hint that the tank is actually moving is the motion blur.

The picture could benefit from some level adjustment to correct the over exposure and lack of contrast which make it look wash out.
