Very eye-catching photo. Thumbnail immediately drew me in. The minimalism works, although I don't feel the wires/birds adds to the work because the scale is too small. But if they could be cloned out somehow, I think it would be a powerful work -- but that's just my feeling. On a print or at a higher resolution, the wires and birds may work.

I would have to agree with Andrew about the crop, the colors and lighting is perfect, it does lack subject matter, I feel the birds are a distraction more than they add to the photo. Thanks for sharing.

The blue works well against the yellow and the clouds add interest to the sky. I would still find it a tad boring if it wasn't for the crows, but they add important interest despite their small size (or maybe because of it). I would crop a little from the top because I think you have more than you need; I would try a crop just above the uppermost cloud.
