A very old stray dog, barking at people as they pass him by. He is almost part of the city "Historical Patrimony".

From the Neglected Photos Page -- an interesting subject, but the background at the left is too distracting. The worn sign behind the dog might make a interesting caption in and of itself (translates something like "historical legend"?) Moving around more and taking a shot without the clutter at the left might have been a better composition.
