Thumb-up    from jonlloyd/Jon (1,481) Send mail to this user on May 2, 2012 8:37:27 PM CDT (0) Early critique

I'm not going to go a "thump down" like the last crit but I must say your post processing has ruined what could be a much better photo (if still only 1 thumb up). It doesn't look like posterize but it does look waaaaaaaaaay to oversaturated. The vignette is not required IMHO either.

Thumb-down    from kovacik/Tomas (2,021) Send mail to this user on May 1, 2012 12:54:41 PM CDT (2) Early critique

You have an interesting scene here. Unfortunately, you didn't get a lot from it, at least in my opinion. Composition is a little careless, cutting the horse and the cart, shifting attention towards sky, which looks interesting, but posterize heavily. There is a lot of ballast around, while people this photo is supposed to be about are very small. So it's a thump down for me.

In my opinion the photo would be better if presented with the one-half of a horse cropped off from the right. Bill
