Well, I felt that this image deserves at least one 3TU. It's a beautiful composition, great detail on the rocks, and the colors are amazing. I really love the flow of color on the horizon, how on the right it complements the colors of the sea, and on the left there's some sunset colors. Beautiful.

A beautiful seascape shot Gerard, I like the light blue color tone all over and the contrast on the brown rock is managed well for it to stand out. However, what bothers me a bit is the thin halo around that rock and I think it might have been oversharpened.

Cheers.......Edwin

Cheers Edwin, i think the halo you are seeing is just from the web downsize, i will have another look at the full res and see if anything is there. Thanks for the feedback.

Beautiful scene and view. Very good use of shutter speed and exposure control. Moody light gives a nice atmosphere here. Well seen. Regards, Michal.

A lovely image with good exposure and sharpness. I enjoy the mood this style of photography creates. The dominant tilted rock in the foreground which creates depth in the image. Regards.

Very nice atmosphere... I like the contrast of soft textures of the mist and sky against the hard rocks. Image also has good color and balance. My only suggestion would be to inject, in PS, some red in color balance on the highlights around +18. Regards, Bob

Thanks for the feedback Bob, I will have a look at the idea of more red on the colour balance (highlight end), however that said, I feel it currently represents the colour on the morning, I find its a fine line between pushing the colour to far and what was actually seen. Thanks for takign teh time to comment.

I'm adding a frisson to Daniel's shiver. I can't put how I feel about this picture into words for a critique, hence this comment. I think that 'silent awe' sums it up :)
