I tend to concur that the background might work better if a lighter color but the execution is very good. Focus, DoF and exposure seem dead on to me.I like the pose and the intriguing expression of the model. Good work! - Wayne

in my view nothing works in this pic, the black background just doesnt suit the bright model, dark backgrounds for dark gothic type models, i would imagine a nice bright blue bg with a hint of over exposure just behind the model would bring out all her charms, or maybe thats just me ?.cheers martyn

I have only got two cloth backgrounds ... and there's no way I can change one for the other during a shoot ... unfortunately ...

Pose seems too simple, . Light is too straight, that makes image too flat, but who knows - maybe it was your main idea.
