It is good to show inside of restaurant without blur of lights. If it is possible to wait, it maybe better that someone is shown at tables or pebbled road.

Noting that it's handheld, the sharpness despite of low light is commendable. I would have simplify the composition by zomming into the triangular patterns and have the twilight set as Its background. By having it wide would be good for documenting the scene tho.

I like the patterns made by the rooflines and the windows in this shot. The focus and details are also nice, especially for a hand-held shot after sunset. What is missing for me though is an interesting focal point. My eye wanders about the frame with no solid place to anchor it.
