Hi Kamil, A pleasant mood is created by your photograph. I love the juxtaposition of the solid, unmoving rock with the soft flowing water around it. Your long exposure gives the water a feeling of gentle movement. You have foreground and background, helping to tell the story of the landscape you have captured. I like the soft colours of the rocks and the foliage. The diagonal flow of the stream adds to the feeling of movement within the frame. Thanks for sharing this.

I like the diagonal cut across the scene made by the flowing water but I also get the feeling that the image is rotated counter-clockwise a few degrees. The large expanse of foreground rock doesn't really add much and I'd crop to try to regain some balance between all the elements by eliminating some of that single overpowering component. On my monitor (Mac - color-corrected), the tone of the scene is almost b&w; was that your intent? IMO, you could do a lot better here by trying to pull some detail into the overly dark areas and maybe playing around w/ saturation to try to get more of the color of the water to more fully contribute to the scene.

The slow shutter speed results in a very interesting effect but I'm not sure you wanted it to look as if someone used white paint to color the water. I hope you took several shots including shorter shutter speeds. This may expose the dynamics you tried to capture. The large rock on the bottom left of the image is a bit disturbing. If you have the same picture at faster shutter speeds please share it with us. Thanks, -G
