This is a different, and refreshing, perspective on fireworks, Gilad.

Great start on a good idea! I think I would open up the frame a little bit.

Fireworks are bright, colourful, vibrant things. This image is none of those. Your exposure time was just long enough to get some trails, but the image would have been more dramatic with longer trails from a longer exposure. Your choice of aperture has resulted in underexposure and a dull, lifeless image.

Thanks John for you point of view. This shot was one of many that I took the other night. Longer exposures resulted in brighter and more vibrant images but at a cost. As the sky was saturated with fireworks there was much smoke in it. This reflects light from the fireworks and decreases considerably the contrast.

No matter what the circumstances, it still is not an interesting picture. If there's too much smoke, then maybe it was too late in the fireworks show to continue with photography.
