Since I live in Ghent, I felt that I could not let this one pass without commenting... :-). You captured the view well, both composition and exposure. One recommendation is to clone away some spots on the water (dirt, leaves, ...)

a terrific shot and what a flawless evening it must have been. The only beef is those two bright exterior lights over the somewhat cluttered looking patio above the boat. I will add this shot to my "I wanna move to Europe!" collection.

a Beautiful city view. The good lighting gives fine colours and contrasts. The composition looks fine too, with a beautiful depht. Well photographed.
