Your composition is good and the photo as a whole is okay. However, there are a few things that would greatly improve
the photo in my opinion. The first would be to open this image as a raw and enhance the exposure a bit and decrease the blacks.
The details are blurred because the black shades are not decreased.
Otherwise, I think it is a nice photo.
