Well seen and good photographed. The lighting gives fine contrasts. Good composition also, boat and sun are at good places in the picture.

Very often, one is tempted to shoot a landscape picture with a UV filter, because many of use use the UV filter as a lens protecting filter. The draw backs are the effects it has on a picture. The B+W UV filter is a powerful UV filter and though is is very good, cause more reflection problems due to the parallelism with the water surface. A PL filter would have helped reduced the reflect on the surface of water. The picture shows strong contrast on some areas, but could show better contrast.

My suggestion is to open the picture in PS, duplicate the layer, change the blending mode of the duplicated layer to "soft light", then use the Black and White adjustment layer to convert the image to Black and white; reduce the Yellow filter and add Magenta, because a powerful UV filter could reduce purple colour on a picture.

this is perfect! the sky is interesting, the position of the sun is nice and the sail boat is just an added bonus! awesome photo!!
